白三烯C_4合成酶在CVA患者血液淋巴细胞内的基因表达

摘　　要：目的观察白三烯C4合成酶在咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者血液淋巴细胞和多形核细胞内表达。方法选择正常对照组、支气管哮喘组、咳嗽变异性哮喘组各8例,分别对其进行血液常规检查,同时应用RT-PCR技术检测淋巴细胞及多形核细胞的LTC4合成酶。结果支气管哮喘和咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血液中嗜酸粒细胞、淋巴细胞均有不同程度的升高,淋巴细胞和多形核细胞内白三烯C4合成酶均有表达。结论淋巴细胞可能同多形核细胞一样,在咳嗽变异性哮喘和支气管哮喘中参与了炎症反应和气道重构。Objective To study the genic expression of leukotriene C4 synthetase in periphereal blood lymphocyte and polymorphocyte of CVA.Methods Eight patients with CVA,eight patients with classic asthma,and eight healthy subjects were studied.Periphereal blood of each sample was tested routinely.The expression of leukotriene C4 synthetase in periphereal blood lymphocyte and polymorphocyte was determined by RT-PCR.Results Lymphocytes and eosinophils in periphereal blood promoted with different degree.Leukotriene C4 Synthetase was expressed in two cells.Conclusion The same lymphocytes as polymorphocytes,they participated inflammatory reaction and airwey remodeling in CVA and classic asthma.
