温热理疗治疗颈腰综合征235例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨温热理疗床治疗颈腰综合征的适应证及禁忌证.方法:235例颈腰综合征患者,男47例,女188例;年龄35～65岁,平均48.5岁.采用温热理疗床先后在自动及手动模式下分别治疗20 min,每日1次,7 d为1个疗程,期间休息1 d,治疗6个疗程.结果:优52例,良101例,可65例,差17例.结论:温热理疗床治疗颈腰综合征的早期,无明显神经根、脊髓和马尾神经刺激和受压的患者,是安全有效的保守治疗方法.Objective:To explore the indications and contraindications of cervico-lumbar syndrome treated by lukewarm physiotherapy couch.Methods:Two hundreds and thirty-five patients were involved in clinical observations,47 male,188 female;the average age was 48.5years (range,35-65 years).All the patients were respectively treated with lukewarm physiotherapy couch for 20 minutes in the automatic and hand-control pattern alternantly,once a day,and 7 days for a course including 1 day interval,6 courses as a whole.Results:Fifty-two patients gained an excellent therapeutic effect,101 good,65 fair,and 17 bad.Conclusion:In the early stage of cervico-lumbar syndrome,the lukewarm physiotherapy couch is a safe and effective non-operative method for the patients without severe stimulation and compression of nerve root,spinal cord and cauda eguina.
