摘　　要：颈椎病变可以引起类冠心病症状已经得到越来越多临床医生的认可,通过回顾我们多年来治疗颈性类冠心病的临床经验,结合相关文献检索,对颈性类冠心病发病机制的解剖学基础、生理病理基础等进行综述,进一步明确颈性类冠心病的诊断及鉴别诊断,为临床提供可行的治疗方法。More and more doctors realised that cervical spondylosis can produce the symptoms which are mimic coronary artery disease.In order to identify diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease,and provede a feasible therapeutic method.The pathogenesis,anatomy and physiopathology about this disease were reviewed and sum up through the literatures retrieval and summary of our clinical experience in treating cervical mimic coronary artery disease.
