摘  要:为了提高光笔式便携三维坐标视觉测量系统的稳定性,根据系统的测量原理和成像机理,在CCD摄像机像平面内对光笔上被测控制点的实际像点坐标进行平面直线最小二乘拟合,得到修正后的实际像点坐标;对计算出的被测控制点坐标在摄像机坐标系中进行空间直线的最小二乘拟合,得到修正后的被测控制点坐标,推导出了平面和空间直线的最小二乘拟合和数据修正公式.实验结果表明,经过上述数据处理后,被测点坐标的测量稳定性在Z,Y,X方向上可分别提高0.644mm,0.04 mm,0.002 mm.In order to improve the light-pen portable 3D coordinates vision measurement system's measuring stability,based on the measuring principle and imaging theory,the actual image points,which correspond with the measured control points mounted on the light pen respectively,are fitted in the image plane to obtain the amended image points,and the calculated measured control points are fitted in the camera coordinate system to obtain the amended measured control points with the Least Square fitting method of a line,the planar and Spatial line's Least Square fitting and amending equations are derived.After the above fitting processing,the experiment result demonstrates that the system's measuring stability precision can be improved by 0.644 mm,0.04 mm,0.002 mm in the direction of Z,Y,X axis respectively.
