摘  要:目的了解噪声作业工人血清中甘油三酯和总胆固醇水平与噪声暴露剂量的关系。方法选取706例作业工人进行调查,用累积噪声暴露量(CNE)评价噪声暴露;测定血清中甘油三酯和总胆固醇。结果作业环境等效连续A声级为83.2±7.99dB(A),CNE为91.5±8.50dB(A)年,高甘油三酯血症患病率为15.4%,高胆固醇血症患病率为32%;按CNE作分层分析,高胆固醇血症患病率与CNE间存在剂量-反应关系;logistic回归分析:显示CNE与高胆固醇血症相关。结论CNE是引起高胆固醇血症的危险因素之一。Objective To expore the relationship between the different noise exposure level and high serum total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG).Methods A cross-sectional study and serum TC and TG examinntion were conducted in 706 workers exposed in industrial noise.Cumulative noise exposure(CNE)was used to represent the actual exposure level of the workers.Results LAeq in the workshop was 83.2±7.99 dB(A).Cumulative noise exposure(CNE)was 91.5±8.5 dB(A)year.Incidence of serum high TC was 32%,and high TG was 15.4%.In strata analysis by CNE,a tpical dose-response relationship was observed between the incidence of serum high TC and CNE,The Logistic regression model showed that CNE was the risk factor for high TC after adjusted by age,sex,smoking history,length of service drinking history,body weight index.Conclusion CNE was one of the risk factors for high TC.
