摘　　要：目的探讨孟氏骨折的治疗过程是先整复桡骨头脱位还是先整复尺骨骨折。方法1986-2005年收治了53例孟氏骨折患者,采用手法复位,小夹板固定26例,切开复位、尺骨钢板、髓针固定27例,对先整复桡骨头脱位和先行尺骨骨折复位固定的2个过程进行观察、分析。结果随访最长8年,最短6个月,53例肘、腕关节及前臂旋转功能正常,活动自如;2种治疗结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手法复位应先复桡骨头脱位,切开复位应先复尺骨骨折。Objective To discuss the treatment of Monteggia fracture which should be first to reduce,the dislocation for the head of radius or the fracture of ulna,Methods 53 Monteggia fracture inpatients from 1986 to 2005 were treated.27 cases were treated by openning reduction and 26 cases were treated by manual reduction.The result of the two methods had been analysed.Results All patients were fellowed up from 6 months to 8 years,and the function of elbow joint,wrist joint and the rotation of forearm were well.The result of the two treatment methods showed no differences(P>0.05)Conclusion In the treatment of Monteggia fracture,The dislocation of the head of radius should be first reduced in the manual reduction,and the fracture of ulna should be first reduced in the open reduction.
