摘　　要：介绍了城市投资环境指标体系的构建思路,运用主成分分析方法对山西省各城市投资环境进行了综合评估,以此提高山西省投资环境。This paper introduces the construction thought of the environment of investing in cities,using the principal component analysis and the factor analysis of the multivariate statistics.so as to improve the environment of investing in cities of Shaixi Province.
