摘　　要：空间数据库技术和GIS二次开发平台技术的成熟,为地理信息技术的大规模应用提供了基础,各行各业都在升级原有的GIS系统或进行全新的更高级别的应用开发。在众多GIS系统中,由于管线信息系统的特殊性,很多单位都面临着如何把现有管线信息系统向ArcGIS平台升级的问题,因此如何提高管线数据的安全性并加强应用系统的功能,以支持更高的管线信息应用的问题,值得研究。With the deeply development of spacial database and GIS secondary area technology,they provides conditions for the cosmically applications of geography information technology.So the people upgrade the old GIS systems or to develop a new high-grade system.The Underground Pipeline System is a very specific field,so that it is necessary to update platform for sustaining a more high-grade pipeline system,to strengthen the security and enlarge the scope of date,and to improve the function of the application system.
