摘　　要：传统的统计综合指数的编制及所建立的指数体系,在进行因素影响分析中存在着缺陷。采取将共变影响分解的方法,来编制综合指数和建立指数体系,改进传统指数体系中的缺陷。Traditional statistical integration index weaving and index system constructing have some limitation at factor-effect analysis,this paper adapts covariation effect decomposition method to weave integration index and construct index system.
