摘　　要：为满足狂犬病疫苗生产质量控制的需要,建立了竞争ELISA检测法,通过标准曲线的确定来计算病毒抗原的相对含量,并与ELISA间接法和双抗体夹心法结果进行比较。该方法方便准确,可对培养中的病毒抗原相对含量进行全程监测,是一种有效的辅助检测手段。A competitive-ELISA of screening virus antigen content has been established in order to fulfill the demand of quality control in rabies vaccine production.It has been compared sensitivity with indirect-ELISA and sandwich-ELISA.The relative virus antigen content is calculated through making standard curve.This method can be used to monitor the whole virus culturing process as an efficient assistant detecting method by its accuracy and convenience.
