摘  要:目的观察生脉散对实验性小鼠小肠辐射损伤的的保护作用及其机制。方法选用昆明小鼠60只,按随机抽签法将动物分为:正常组、辐射组、不同剂量生脉散给药组(灌服低、中、高剂量分别为40,60,80g.kg-1.bw),各组小鼠均食常规饲料并自由进食。除正常组外,其余各组用60Coγ射线一次性全身均匀照射,建立肠辐射损伤模型,灌胃用药2周后,测定鼠不同肠段的肠腺存活率,检测肠组织谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量和血液IL-2(白细胞介素-2)、IL-4(白细胞介素-4)、IL-6(白细胞介素-6)、IL-11(白细胞介素-11)水平。结果不同剂量生脉散(40,60,80g.kg-1.bw)灌胃均可提高十二指肠、空肠和回肠段的肠腺存活率,减少组织MDA含量,提高GSH-Px、SOD活性,提高血液中IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-11水平,且与用药剂量呈一定量效关系。结论生脉散通过拮抗氧化、调节白细胞介素及损伤修复作用有效减轻小肠的辐射损伤。Objective To study the protect effect of Shengmaisan water extract on the small intestine of mice after 60Coγ-whole body irradiation.Methods mice model with irradiative was established by 60Co γ-ray,Shengmaisan water extract was used by clyster once a day of two weeks.14days later,the mice were sacrificed and about 2cm long segment of duodenum,jeSepum and ileum were dissected respectively for crypt survival assay using the technique of crypt counting perunit area.The activity of GSH-Px,SOD and the levels of MDA in the small intestine,the levels of IL-2、IL-4 、IL-6 and IL-11 in the serum were measured.Results Shengmaisan water extract(40,60,80g·kg-1.bw)can increase crypt survival assay of duodenum,jeSepum and ileum,and the activity of GSH-Px,SOD and decrease the levels of MDA,increase the activity of SOD in model rats and increase the high levels of IL-2、IL-4 、IL-6 and IL-11 in the model group in a dose-depended manner.Conclusion Treatment with Shengmaisan water extract can improve the ability to eliminate oxygen free radical and blood interleukin and repair wound.
