摘　　要：就人大个案监督存在的法律依据,个案监督的合法性与合理性,个案监督与司法独立的关系等诸多焦点问题,从法学的角度作了探讨,提出了地方人大个案监督在实践中应遵循的基本原则。Legal base and rationality of National People's Congress' supervising power on individual case,and the relation between individual case supervising and judicatory independence were discussed from the point of law,advancing the basic principles that should be followed by the National People's Congress while practicing supervising power on individual case.
