摘  要:环氧合酶是花生四烯酸合成前列腺素过程中的限速酶,目前发现有3种同工酶,环氧合酶-1、环氧合酶-2以及新近发现的环氧合酶-3,与妊娠分娩发动有关的主要是诱导型环氧合酶-2,其在妊娠组织中都有一定量的表达,受多种因子诱导。随着妊娠进展,胎膜中环氧合酶-2表达增加,妊娠晚期更加显著,这与足月及早产的分娩发动密切相关。Cyclooxygenase is a rate-limiting enzyme in prostaglandin synthesis from arachidonic acid.Three cyclooxygenase isoenzymes(named as cyclooxygenase-1,cyclooxygenase-2 and cyclooxygenase-3 recently found) have been identified.The one associated with onset of labor is inducible type of cyclooxygenase-2,which is expressed in pregnant tissues at certain amount,and is induced by many factors.The impression level of Cyclooxygense-2 mRNA in fetal membranes increases alone with progression of pregnancy,especially in advanced weeks of congestation,which is closely associated with initiation of term and preterm parturition.
