摘　　要：检波器测试仪是用来测量检波器各项性能参数、以便准确地确定检波器性能好坏的一种设备。本文对自行设计的HD-JSⅡ型检波器测试仪的信号源电路进行了具体的分析与设计,并给出了详细的电路图。该测试仪采用单片机和DAC芯片,组成电路十分简单,是具有较高精度的信号源,输出波形参数可以在编程时设定,能满足一些特定场合的需要。The geophone tester is the equipment used to measure characteristic parameters of geophone and accurately determine its performance.The paper carried out concrete analysis and design for signal source circuit of HD-JSⅡ geophone tester designed and gave detailed circuit of the tester.Using single chip controller and DAC chip,the circuit of the tester is very simple,which has the signal source with higher precision.The parameters of waveform output can be set up in programming,which can meet some special requirements.
