摘　　要：从设区市提升科技成果、专利转化为生产力需求出发,探讨了建立Web的设区市自主创新体系信息平台的信息平台的系统功能做了概述.Civic upgrade from the scientific and technological achievements into productive forces patent needs,to explore the establishment of the Civic Web-based independent innovation system key information technology platform and an information platform for the system functions were outlined.
