摘　　要：随着IT市场规模的快速增长,以信息技术为基础的IT项目管理受到越来越广泛的重视.本文从全面提高学生在未来职场中综合执行力的角度出发,结合高职高专学生的特点,在"IT项目管理"课程中进行了一系列的教学改革与实践.With the rapid growth of IT market size,more attentions are paid on the IT project management based on information and technology. The article shows that a series of reform teaching and practice in the 'IT Project Management' course has been done integrated with college students' characteristics,from the point of comprehensive improvement and implementation of the students in the future workplace.
