摘　　要：以PowerPoint、Authorware和Director为主流多媒体编著软件开发的多媒体演示程序和Web3D在计算机应用领域都有着非常广泛的应用,将Web3D嵌入到这些多媒体应用系统更能发挥各自的强大作用.本文介绍Web3D的基本概念、Web3D实现技术及Web3D的实际应用,论述多媒体演示与Web3D相融合的意义,深入研究使用Microsoft Web浏览器控件发布Web3D的技术方法,完善和纠正一些文献中发布VRML不妥或错误的地方.The multimedia demonstration programs-which are developed by using the tools of the mainstream multimedia softwares, such as PowerPoint, Authorware and Director- and the Web3D have widely been used in the field of computer applications at present. Specially, the Web3D that is embedded into the multimedia application system will play a more powerful role. At first, this paper introduces the basic concepts, technology and practical application of Web3D. Then, the meaning of the Web3D integrated into the Multi-media system is discussed. Furthermore, by using the Microsoft Web Browser components, this paper deeply studies the method of publishing the Web3D. Lastly, the defects are improved and rectified in some papers about the published VRML.
