摘　　要：在介绍智能小区宽带使用情况的基础上,指出了ADSL宽带接入技术的不足.进而基于小区网络集成思想,利用ADSL2+技术的优势,并结合适应于此技术的各种设备建立了更为完善的住宅小区的智能化网络.Based on the introduction of using situation of wide network in intelligent uptown, the limitations of ASDL technology are pointed out. Then, basing on the Network integration idea, a more perfect intelligent Network of resident uptown is constructed in which the advantages of ADSL2+ technology and the equipments suitable for ADSL2+ are utilized.
