茶薪菇性遗传模式和育种工艺研究

摘　　要：以鲜茶薪菇为材料,经担孢子弹射,稀释分离法获得37个单孢菌株。经单孢出菇验证其性遗传模式为异宗结合。再经单孢配对试验,得到了4种不同交配型的单孢菌株,单孢的极性比为7:9:8:3。研究结果表明:茶薪菇性遗传模式为四极性异宗结合。经异核体菌株出菇试验,证实茶薪菇的性遗传模式是四极性异宗结合担子菌的性遗传模式。Discharging spore from the same basidiocarp of Agrocybe chaxingu Huang,twenty-seven single-spore strains were collected by dilution isolation,and their yielding fruit-body test suggested that the sex-inheritance of Agrocybe chaxingu Huang is heterothallism.Then four different mating-type single-spore strains were acquaired by comparison of matched pairs,and their proportion was 7:9:8:3.At last,the heterokaron strain yielding fruit-body test suggested that the sex-inheritance of Stropharia rugoso-annulate is tetrapolar heterothallism.
