摘 要:在水温(17.2±0.8)℃的室内条件下,采用单因子急性中毒试验法,研究体长为(18.7±2.4)mm的长白山林蛙蝌蚪对水环境Ca2+质量浓度的适应性,探讨蝌蚪养殖水体Ca2+的适宜浓度。结果表明,水环境Ca2+对蝌蚪的急性毒性作用呈双向剂量效应。蝌蚪对水环境14.0 mg/L以下和425.7 mg/L以上的Ca2+质量浓度的适应性都较差,48 h死亡率均在50%以上;其低浓度组(0.1-113.5 mg/L)的24 h、48 h半数致死浓度分别为37.6mg/L及43.4 mg/L;高浓度组(425.7-1560.9 mg/L)的24 h、48 h半数致死浓度分别为667.5mg/L及361.3 mg/L。适宜蝌蚪生存的水环境Ca2+质量浓度为96.6-248.7 mg/L;蝌蚪对水环境Ca2+质量浓度的最高耐受限为1 122.6 mg/L,最低耐受限0.9 mg/L。蝌蚪养殖水体的Ca2+质量浓度应控制在100-300 mg/L。Acute toxicity of mass concentration of Ca2+ in water environment to tadpoles of frog(Rana chensinensis changbaishanensis)was determined in indoor by means of one-way acute toxicity test at water temperatures 17.2±0.8℃,in order that understanding the adaptability of tadpoles cultivated in pond to the concentration of Ca2+ and its suitable concentration in cultivating waters.Using tadpoles in the test was drawn from local pond cultivated with 21 days of age and body length of 18.7±2.4 mm.The water used in the test was drawn from this pond as well,and on the basis of test waters were designed in 0.1-1 560.9 mg/L.The results showed that the concentration of Ca2+ 96.6-248.7 mg/L was good for tadpoles living,the limit of tolerance of the maximum and the minimum were 1 122.6 and 0.9 mg/L,respectively.The medial lethal concentration(LC50)of Ca2+ for 24 and 48 hours were 37.6 and 43.4 mg/L in low concentration group(with 0.1-113.5 mg/L),and were 667.5 and 361.3 mg/L in higher concentration group(with 425.7-1 560.9 mg/L),respectively.Acute toxicity of Ca2+ to tadpoles displaied two-way dose effect.The adaptability of tadpoles to mass concentration of Ca2+ under 14.2 mg/L and over 425.7 mg/L were all poorer,and their death rate for 48 hours were all over 50%.The suitable concentration of Ca2+ may be controlled in 100-300 mg/L in cultivating waters of tadpoles.
