摘　　要：本文介绍数据标准模板库开发的意义、方法、功能以及在国土管理中的应用,通过模板库的使用,为标准的执行提供了一种有效的技术解决方案,并为我国数据库标准化建设提供借鉴。This paper presents the meaning,function and management of developing data standard template base and the appli- cation in land management.The using of template base could provide an effective technical solution for standards implementa- tion and provide an example for database Standardization.
