摘  要:根据鲁棒设计的思想,将轧辊偏心视为外在影响因素,对带钢热连轧压下规程进行了鲁棒性分析,并利用DEFORM-2D软件对带钢进行热连轧模拟分析。结果表明,末架大压下规程相比于传统压下规程,具有抵抗轧辊偏心干扰的能力,具有鲁棒性。该结果对优化压下规程、提高板形质量,有重要的参考价值。Based on the concept of robustness design and the roll eccentricity as an extrinsic factor, this paper has simulated the process of hot strip tandem rolling under the traditional draught schedule and the draught schedule with large reduction at the last stand and analyzed the robustness of rolling force of above two draught schedules. The analytical result indicates that the draught schedule with large reduction at the last stand has a better robustness than the traditional one. This result could supply an important reference to the optimization of draught schedule and improve the quality of strip flatness.
