摘 要:柔性多点模具是由一系列高度可调的小冲头根据需要组合形成离散模具型面的模具系统。采用柔性多点模具进行蒙皮拉形时,在模具与板料之间需放置一弹性垫层,以防止冲头直接作用于零件表面产生压痕。文章针对某典型双曲率零件,通过数值模拟的方法分析了弹性垫层以及零件自身回弹对成形零件外形精度的影响,并以此为依据调整模具冲头位置,实现柔性多点模具型面的优化。最后通过工艺试验,对所建立的优化方法进行了验证,获得了合格的成形零件。A reconfigurable tooling system is being developed on stretch forming. Because of the flexibility of the tool, production period and cost can be reduced deeply. The working surface of the tool consists of the ends of numerous pins with hemispherical tips. An interpolating polymer layer is inserted between the tool and the sheet metal during forming in order to suppress dimpling of the workpiece. Effect on the shape of workpiece by the interpolating polymer layer and spring back can be improved by changing the working surface of the tool. Stretch forming of a typical hyperboloid part is simulated with Finite Element Method to get perfect working surface of the tool, several workpieces were fabricated in experiments, whose surface quality and final shape were perfect.
