大剂量甲氨喋呤化疗诱发口腔黏膜溃疡护理干预临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对防治骨肉瘤患者应用大剂量甲氨喋呤化疗所致口腔黏膜溃疡的效果。方法:将52例患者随机分为两组各26例,对照组仅给予常规药物治疗,实验组在此基础上给予护理干预,即用药前后加强心理护理、卫生教育、饮食指导等。结果:实验组口腔黏膜溃疡发生率、程度、痊愈时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预与药物联合应用可明显降低大剂量甲氨喋呤化疗致口腔黏膜溃疡程度。Objective: To explore the clinical effectiveness of nursing intervention in the treatment of ulcer of oral mucosa induced by using large dosage of methotrexate (MTX). Methods: Fifty two patients were randomly divided into experiment group (n=26) and control group (n=26). The nursing intervention was additionally adopted to the patients besides routine medication in the experiment group, while routine medication was only given in the control group. Nursing intervention was included psycho-nursing, health education and instruction of diet. Results: The incidence of ulcer of oral mucosa ulcer of oral mucosa, grade and curative period were markedly lower in the experiment group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The incidence and grade of ulcer of oral mucosa induced by large dosage of MTX can be reduced greatly by the combination of medication and nursing intervention.
