气血循环机配合中药足浴治疗糖尿病足43例效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨气血循环机配合中药足浴治疗糖尿病足的疗效.方法:将80例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组43例与对照组37例,治疗组给予气血循环机配合中药足浴,对照组只用热水浸泡,疗程15～30d.结果:治疗组总有效率为86.05%,对照组总有效率为29.73%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05);治疗组神经电生理检查、下肢血管B超均明显优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:气血循环机足部按摩配合中药足浴治疗糖尿病足疗效确切,值得推广.Objective: To explore the efficacy of foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with Gas-Blood circulation adjustive instrument in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods: Eight patients with diabetic foot were divided into treatment group(n=43) and control group(n=37) at random.Foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with Gas-Blood circulation adjustive instrument were applied in treatment group and simple soaking with hot water were used in control group,15 to 30 days were taken as a treatment course.Results: The total effective rate was 86.05% in treatment group and 29.73% in control group,there was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).The results of electrophysiology exam and type B ultrasonography for blood vessels of lower limbs were much better in treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with Gas-Blood circulation adjustive instrument is surely effective in the treatment of diabetic foot.
