摘 要:目的:探讨不同透析方式致透析中高血压的发生情况及护理。方法:将35例规律性血液透析患者分别按标准透析(SHD)和生物自动反馈式血容量监测(BVM)进行血液透析治疗,观察两种透析方法实施前后平均动脉压(MAP)、体重、超滤量、相对血容量的变化及护理干预等指标,评价血容量监测对评估干体重的作用,以及防治透析中高血压的作用及低血容量相关并发症的不良反应。结果:生物自动反馈式血容量监测在下调干体重的同时,能使透析中高血压得到改善,提高护理质量。结论:生物自动反馈式血容量监测可有效调整干体重,减少透析中高血压发生率及低血容量相关并发症,提高护理质量。Objective:To explore the effect of different modes on avoiding and alleviating hypertension in dialysis and nursing care.Methods:Thirty five patients with regular hemodialysis were given hemodialysis treatment for 6 times in the light of SHD and BVM respectively and observation was made on the changes of MAP,weight,ultrafiltration volume,RBV and nursing intervention to evaluate the effect of monitoring of blood volume on the evaluation of dry weight avoiding and alleviating hypertension in dialysis and on prevention of relative complications.Results:Automatic biofeedback blood volume monitoring could achieve to regulate dry weight effectively and reduce hemodialysis-related hypertension and nursing quality could be improved.Conclusion:Automatic biofeedback blood volume monitoring can effectively regulate dry weight,reduce the incidence of hypertension,prevent from low blood volume-related complication and help improve nursing quality.
