小儿脓毒症相关性脑病9例护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿脓毒症相关性脑病(SAE)的护理方法。方法:对9例脓毒症相关性脑病患儿根据其临床表现,按个体化原则采用综合护理措施保护脑功能,并积极控制抽搐、超高热等严重症状。结果:9例脓毒症患儿存活6例,病死3例。结论:积极采取综合护理措施可显著提高SAE患儿存活率,降低病死率。Objective:To explore nursing approaches in the treatment of septic associated encephalopathy in children.Methods:Comprehensive nursing measures were applied to protect brain function by the principle of individualization according to the clinical manifestation,such as control of convulsion and ultrahyperpyrexia.Results:Of all the 9 children patients,6 patients were saved,3 died.Conclusion:Positive nursing care can evidently increase the survival rate of children with septic associated encephalopathy and reduce case fatality.
