左心房粘液瘤12例围术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨左心房粘液瘤患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对12例左心房粘液瘤患者,术前加强心理护理,指导卧床休息,配合医生给予改善心功能,积极预防栓塞、急性肺水肿的发生;术后重点做好血液动力学监护,加强呼吸道管理,做好栓塞的观察及护理,保持水、电解质平衡,预防感染等护理。结果:本组患者术后恢复良好,均康复出院。结论:左心房粘液瘤患者一经确诊尽早手术,并加强围术期护理,可减少并发症的发生,促进患者康复。Objective: To explore nursing methods of patients with left atrial myxomas in the perioperative period.Methods: Comprehensive nursing care was given to the 12 patients with left atrial myxomas,such as preoperative mentality nursing care,instruction in cooperation with doctors in improving heart function,prevention of embolism and pulmonary edema,postoperative monitoring, management of respiratory tract,maintenance of balance of electrolyte and prevention of infection.Results: All the patients recovered and were discharged from hospital.Conclusion: It is suggested that the patients should have operation as soon as possible if the clear diagnosis is made,and strengthening perioperative nursing care can decrease complication and promote patient's recovery.
