摘　　要：民族地区新农村建设既是一项现实任务,又是一项长期而繁重的历史任务。党中央提出的全面建设小康社会及构建社会主义和谐社会目标的实现,最艰巨繁重的任务在农村,特别是经济欠发达的民族地区的农村和牧区。东北民族地区新农村建设伴随东北老工业基地的振兴将面临新的机遇与挑战,就东北民族地区新农村建设的特点、难点及发展思路加以研究与探讨。The new rural construction of the minority regions is a long historic and realistic mission.The development of rural areas,especially the undeveloped national rural areas and pasturing areas are the toughest task in the implementation of building a moderately prosperous and a harmonious socialist society as is pointed out by the CPC Central Committee.Therefore,the new rural construction of the minorityregions will face more challenges and have more opportunities.The paper discusses the characteristics,the difficulties and the measures for the development of the new rural construction of the northeast minority regions.
