摘　　要：科学发展观与和谐社会论是相互联系、相互作用的。科学发展观是构建社会主义和谐社会的灵魂,其具体表现为:构建社会主义和谐社会是全面贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求;构建社会主义和谐社会的指导思想和原则表明科学发展观在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中居于统帅地位;到2020年,构建社会主义和谐社会的目标和主要任务也体现了科学发展观的基本要求。Scientific concept of development and idea of harmonious society are interlinking and interactive.Scientific concept of development is the soul of developing harmonious socialist society,as manifests: the latter is the necessary require of overall carrying on the former;Seeing the guidance and principle of the latter proves that the former is playing the leading role of the latter;By the year of 2020,the goals and chief tasks of the latter will indicate the fundamental demands of the former.
