摘　　要：通过对我院民事诉讼法教学现状与存在问题的调研,揭示并分析教学实践中存在的教学方法陈旧、教学效果不理想等问题的原因。以高职教育的教学理念为指导,提出对该学科教学进行改革的思路,探索课堂教学目标与方法,就实践教学模式的建立和完善提出建议,以实现教学内容、方法、手段的规范化。Through researching the teaching situation and various teaching link inquisition,the article promulgates and analyzes the questions existed in teaching activities as obsolete teaching method,and taking the quality education teaching idea as the instruction,proposes ways to carry on the reform to the teaching discipline,the classroom instruction goal and the method,the practice model,and finally puts forward some advice to standard the teaching content and method.
