摘　　要：由于房产档案的存储、查阅需求,数字化管理的新的优势功能,对房屋权属档案进行数字化管理已势在必行。房屋权属档案的数字化管理应该以实用性、安全性、真实性原则为指导,但是,数字化管理并不是万能的,其也存在弊端。最可取的做法是,将纸质档案与电子档案管理结合起来,共同为房产事业服务。Because of personal demand for conserving and looking for archives,and the new functions of digital management,it is necessary for the digital management of the archives of house property.The digital management of the archives of house property should be enforced under the principles of practice,safety,reality.But the digital management has still disadvantages.The way adopted is to unite the management of the archives of paper and electron for serving enterprise of house in common.
