摘　　要：配偶权是指法律赋予的夫妻互为权利义务主体的身份权,其他任何人均负有不得侵犯的义务。我国现行《婚姻法》对配偶权的规定过于简单、笼统,尤其是未规定配偶间的同居权和贞操保持权,漠视夫妻关系的自然属性,并对配偶权缺乏有效的保护机制,因而有待完善。完善配偶权,主要应充实配偶权的具体内容,并设计相应的救济方法。The connubial rights refer to the rights the law endowed that couples are the main body of mutual rights and obligations,and other persons has the obligation of not violating.The stipulation of our country's present Marriage Law is too simple,general,and in particular does not stipulate spousal cohabitation rights and the right to maintain virginity,ignoring the natural attributes of marital relationship,and lacking effective protection mechanisms to connubial rights,and it has to be perfected.To perfect connubial rights,we should enrich the concrete contents of these rights,and design corresponding remedy methods.
