摘　　要：统筹城乡发展,建设社会主义新农村,具有十分重要的战略意义。统筹城乡发展,建设新型农村,将有助于彻底解决长期困扰我国改革和发展的“三农”问题,最终打破我国长期以来形成的城乡割据,实现城乡一体化,为实现全面小康奠定基础,使全体人民共同分享经济社会发展成果。It is of utmost importance and great epochmaking influence to balance urban and rural development,to build the socialist new-countryside.Such work is helpful for the thorough settlement of issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers which bother China's reform and development.And this is to break the separation between cities and countrysides and massify them;hence lay a strong foundation to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way and all the people can share the profits of China's economical and social development.
