摘　　要：通过研究线性规划问题中的对偶理论,分析了对偶问题的经济解释——影子价格,归纳出应用影子价格时企业决策中应注意的几个问题,阐明了影子价格理论在企业经营决策中的应用,为企业科学决策指明了方向。Through the research of duality theory in linear programming,the paper analyzes the economic explanation of duality theory——shadow price,summarizes the several problems in Decision-making.Given the application of duality theory,this result may be helpful to further Decision-making.
