摘　　要：当下,新建本科院校公共艺术课程建设是极其必要而又紧迫的,探讨构建适应新建本科院校发展需要的公共艺术课程体系,提高新建本科院校公共艺术课程建设水平,有其学术价值和现实意义。It is presently crucially important for the system of public art curriculum at newly-established undergraduate institution.Hence,it is of great academic value and actual significance to study the course system for such education in order to advance the construction.
