摘　　要：世界贸易组织《农业协定》和《SCM协议》针对农业补贴提供了一套国际规制的规范,在规范分析WTO农业补贴规则基础上,分析了我国目前农业立法方面的不足之处,并提出了我国农业补贴法律体系规范化的建议。The WTO'SCM Agreement'and'Agriculture Agreement'provided an international legislation aiming at solving agriculture subsidies.By analyzing the rules of agriculture subsidies under the frame of WTO,we found the flaw of Chinese agriculture legislation and took out recommendations to improve Chinese agriculture subsidies law system.
