摘　　要：体育文化成本具有作为资源而非要素的特性。体育文化成本的调控系统由调控主体、调控途径、调控重点等几个层面组成。社会经济发展中应重视体育文化成本问题,它对于中国经济发展及体育经济发展具有一定的意义。P.E.culture cost has the speciality of source instead of factor,its regulating system is formed by regulating main part,regulating measure and regulating stress,etc.We should pay more attention to the matter of P.E.culture cost,it's of significance to the development of Chinese economy and P.E.economy.
