用硅酸盐材料增强石膏模具的研究

摘　　要：本文是在半水石膏中掺入适量的硅酸盐材料,探讨其对石膏模具性能的影响。研究发现,掺入的硅酸盐材料改善了石膏试样的内部结构,对试样的干湿强度和耐溶蚀性具有明显的增强效果。试验结果表明硅酸盐材料的适宜掺量为8%～10%左右。This article is mixing appropriate amount silicate material in the semihydrate gypsum to study its influence on the performances of the gypsum mold. Research found that mixing silicate material can improve the internal structure of the gypsum mold,wet and dry strength and corrosion resistance of the samples is obvious sexual enhancement. Test results show that the appropriate amount is 8% ～ 10% of silicate material.
