摘　　要：采用C++语言,根据Sherman方程模型,编写了基本参数法分析软件。在北京邦鑫伟业技术开发有限公司生产的BX-200型X射线荧光光谱仪上对国标水泥生料标样(GSB08-1110)进行了测试分析,并探讨了应用基本参数法对基体效应进行校正的优点与不足。分析结果表明:基本参数法速度稍慢,测试结果满足水泥生产要求,需要标样的数量较少,适合对水泥生料的基体效应进行校正。The fundamental parameter method was employed for analyzing cement raw material(GSB08-1110)with BX-200 X-ray spectrometer,which manufactured by bandwise.Advantage and disadvantage of the fundamental parameter method have discussed.The XRF result showed that the Fundamental parameter method need more time to calculate but meet the request of production in the cement raw material.What is more,the method need less standards than any other method.
