摘　　要：玻璃水平堆垛机是平板玻璃生产线自动取板装箱的机电一体化设备,解决了以往无法堆垛大规格玻璃(6000mm×3000mm×20mm的玻璃板重900kg)的技术问题,它是玻璃生产线上在线堆垛大板和厚板玻璃不可缺少的配套设备。本文简要阐述了为昆明玻璃厂研制开发的全自动大片玻璃水平堆垛机的总体设计框架及其工作原理。The glass horizontal stacker is a mechanize-electrify equipment used for automatic fetching and boxing glass in the production line of plate glass,which resolve the problem that the large piece of glass(6000×3000×20mm)could not be stacked.The stacker is a indispensable equipment line of stucking large and thick glass in glass production.The design approach and working principle of controlling system of the large pieces of glass automatic horizontal stacker manufactured for KunMing glass factory were introduced in this article.
