摘　　要：学生义务馆员是高校图书馆中特殊的读者群体,他们既是读者,又是管理者,同时又是图书馆与读者沟通的主要桥梁。义务馆员的产生需要学校相关部门的遴选和把关。义务馆员的工作是参与图书馆一般业务管理。图书馆方面要做好对义务馆员的管理和教育工作。The students voluntary library assistants are such a special group in colleges and universities,who are not only both readers and chargers ,but also build the large bridges and roads to produce a sound and fast circulation for books and informations between the library and readers.The voluntary library assistants' job is to take part in the daily service and management at libraryies so the chosen of assistants should be stictly arranged by the related departments.Especially,enough work on the service training and managing should be done to the very group by the librarians.
