摘　　要：目的:介绍应用耳后皮肤扩张术联合支架植入修复外伤性部分耳郭缺损的方法。方法:手术分2期进行,Ⅰ期在耳后埋置扩张器并进行扩张;Ⅱ期手术以自体肋软骨或Medpor材料为支架,雕刻合适大小的支架,植入后与患侧耳残余软骨缝合,用耳后筋膜瓣和扩张皮肤覆盖支架,耳后区植皮。结果:临床应用196例患者,187例耳创面愈合良好,外形满意,双侧耳对称。仅有9例出现支架外露,经治疗后愈合。结论:应用耳后皮肤扩张术联合支架植入修复外伤性部分耳郭缺损,适合于绝大多数外伤性部分耳郭缺损的患者,效果良好、可靠,并发症低。Objective The method of repair part auricle defect after external injury by auricular framework inserting and skin expansion.Methods The operation was divided into two stages.In the first stage,the expander was implanted behind the ear,and was expanded.In the second stage,with autogenous costal cartilage or medpor materials,curve suitable framework,implant and suture it with remnant costal cartilage,overlap it by fascial flap behind the ear and expanded skin flap.Graft skin behind the ear.Results 196 cases had been performed clinically,187 of them had good wound surface healing,satisfactory shape,good symmetry.Only 9 cases had framework revealed.And heal after treating.Conclusion The method of auricular framework inserting and skin expansion was suitable for most patient of part auricle defect after external injury.It was good-result,reliable method,and had low complication rate.
