摘　　要：目的:观察胶原贴敷料对面部激光或光子术后的修复作用。方法:对面部激光或光子术后患者局部敷胶原贴敷料,每天一次,共贴敷7次。观察创伤修复时间、不良反应发生率及患者的舒适度。结果:与对照组相比,接受激光或光子治疗的患者术后使用胶原贴敷料,其创面恢复时间显著缩短、不良反应减少且患者感觉舒适。结论:胶原贴敷料可应用于面部激光或光子术后的修复治疗。Objective To evaluate the rehabilitative effects of the moist collagen dressing on postoperative nursing of laser and IPL.Methods Daily Local appliance the moist collagen dressing to the patients received treatments with laser or intensive pulsed light for 7 days.The duration of wound recovery,the incidenc of side effects and patient satisfaction were evaluated.The outcome measures included assessments of clinical photography and patient satisfaction scores.Results The healing of post laser treatment is substantially accelerated,side effects and discomfort is reduced.Conclusion Collagen dressing can be used postoperative nursing of laser.
