低温与维生素E对笼养蛋雏鸭生长性能及内分泌的影响

摘  要:以1日龄蛋雏鸭为试验材料,采用2×3(温度×维生素E)重复实验设计,研究适温、低温的环境下日粮中添加不同水平的维生素E(20,220,420 IU.kg-1)对蛋雏鸭生长性能、内分泌的影响。结果表明,低温显著降低生长性能,提高采食量(P<0.01),降低平均体增重和饲料转化率(P<0.01)。添加220,420 IU.kg-1的维生素E对提高日增重和饲料转化率有显著作用(P<0.01)。低温使血清三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)都有升高的趋势,在适温和低温下提高维生素E水平使T3有降低趋势,T4先升高后降低,但总体有升高趋势。低温环境下血清皮质醇浓度较适温环境略有升高,提高维生素E水平使血清皮质醇浓度有降低的趋势。综合试验结果得出,低温降低蛋雏鸭的生长性能,低温环境下添加220,420 IU.kg-1维生素E能改善生长性能,调节内分泌,在一定程度上减缓低温对雏鸭造成的影响,维生素E的添加量为220 IU.kg-1时蛋雏鸭在适温和低温下的生长性能均较好。In this experiment,one day-old ducklings were randomly divided into 6 groups,which were exposed to environment at warm temperature and cool temperature.The objective of this study was to determine the effects of cool temperature and vitamin E levels(20,220,420 IU·kg-1) on the performance and incretion activity in ducklings in cages.The results showed that in cool temperature,the performance significantly decreased(P<0.01),in cool and warm temperature,as the dietary vitamin E level increased,the performance increased;the effect of vitamin E levels on weight gain and feed conversion ratios were significantly different.In cool temperature,the serum concentrations of T3 and T4 was tending upwards.In warm and cool temperature,as the dietary vitamin E level increased,the serum concentrations of T3 was tending upwards and concentrations of T4 firstly increased and then decreased but the tendency was upward.In cool temperature,the content of cortisol was tending upward,but as the dietary vitamin E level increased,the content of cortisol was tending downwards.The performance of ducklings at cool temperature is decreased,adding high level of vitamin E can reduce the effect of cool temperature on the performance of ducklings.The effects of 220 IU·kg-1 VE level on the performance and incretion activity in ducklings are the best.
