摘　　要：宝钢某精整线的控制系统是西门子公司的S5系统,在实际生产应用过程中,尤其是在故障处理和分析过程中,非常需要系统具备能够高速、实时记录指定信号的功能。基于此要求,结合原有系统的设备状况,项目组采用德国IBA公司的PDA系统建立了高效适用的数据记录和分析系统。将详细介绍PDA系统的特点和组态方法,尤其将针对工业现场所广泛采用的PROFIBUS网络来介绍相关的数据采集设备和实现方法。The control system of Baosteel Fine-Level Line adopts the Siemens S5 technology.In the actual operation,especially when handling the faults and subsequent analysis,the control system should have the function of highly-responding and real-time recording the specified signals.Based on the requirement and integrated with the original devices,new effective data Recording-Analysis system which adopts PDA technology of German IBA.This article detailedly introduces the characters and configuration methods,especially,introduce the relative data collec- ting devices and methods with the PROFIBUS networks,one of widely used industrial field buses.
