摘　　要：《珠江流域防洪规划》是珠江流域防御洪涝灾害和风暴潮的总体部署,也是指导流域今后防洪建设和管理的重要依据。《规划》以科学发展观为指导,具有鲜明的时代特色。积极组织实施《规划》,加快珠江防洪建设是摆在流域广大水利工作者面前光荣而艰巨的任务。要以《规划》促发展,加快《珠江骨干水库调度条例》的立法工作,全力推进大藤峡水利枢纽的建设,积极推进流域水资源的统一管理。The Pearl River Flood Control Planning Scheme and the Approval of the State Council is the overall arrangement of fighting the flood,drought and storm tide disasters in the Pearl River Basin and provide the guideline for the flood control development and management in the future.The scheme follows the scientific development pattern and reflects the typical features of modern China.It is the honorable task for the staff in the Pearl River Water Resources Commission to implement the scheme and push forward the flood control work in the Pearl River.The approval of the scheme will facilitate the realization of three urgent tasks of the legislation of the Pearl River Core Reservoirs Water Resources Dispatch Regulation,the construction of the Datengxia Water Project and the development of the integrated management of water resources in the Pearl River.
