裂解汽油二段加氢DZCⅡ-1催化剂工业应用

摘　　要：在中国石油大庆石化分公司12万t/a裂解汽油加氢装置中,以DZCⅡ-1催化剂为二段加氢催化剂,在人口温度为225℃,反应压力为5.0 MPa,氢油比(体积比)约为500,催化剂床层温升约为35℃,反应器压差为14.0～16.0 kPa,平均进料量为12.5 t/h,入口双烯值不大于0.01 g/g的条件下,进行了加氢汽油的工业化生产.结果表明,装置经33个月的运行,反应器入口温度为235～245℃,压差控制在16.0～17.0 kPa,产品溴价为(0.01～0.50)×10-2 g/g,各工艺参数与投用初期的基本一致.Hydrogenation gasoline was produced in 120kt/a pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company with DZCⅡ-1 as second-stage hydrogenation catalyst under the conditions of inlet temperature 225℃,temperature raising of catalyst about 35℃,reaction pressure 5.0MPa,pressure difference 14.0～16.0kPa,inlet diene value no more than 0.01g/g,H2/oil(volume ratio) about 500.The results showed that after running 33 months,the inlet temperature was 235～245℃,pressure difference was 16.0～17.0kPa,the bromine value was(0.01～0.50)×10-2g/g,and the other parameters were stable.
