薄膜级铬系高密度聚乙烯树脂的工业开发

摘　　要：结合市场需求和生产装置的特点,确定出了薄膜级铬系高密度聚乙烯树脂的开发技术指标,通过生产工艺和基础牌号树脂的选择、活化温度及残铬质量分数的控制等,在工业装置上成功开发生产出HD 5301-4 FB。测定结果表明,薄膜级铬系高密度聚乙烯树脂HD 5301-4 FB的关键指标熔体流动速率为0.006 3 g/min,密度为0.951 4 g/cm3,拉伸屈服强度为27.1 MPa,拉伸强度为34.7 MPa,断裂伸长率为881%,弯曲弹性模量为918 MPa,其综合性能达到了预定的目标,用其生产出的塑料薄膜制品性能达到了GB 12025—1989标准要求,经测试拉伸强度为32 MPa,断裂伸长率为780%,膜表面和折痕处的落镖冲击强度分别为65,56 g,宽、厚度及其偏差满足要求,外观合格。The technical indexes of chromium catalyzed film-grade high-density polyethylene(HDPE) resin were determined on the basis of the domestic market demand and the characteristics of polyethylene unit,and the specific resin HD 5301-4 FB was successfully developed through the appropriate selection of production process and basic resin,as well as the efficient control of activation temperature and residual chromium mass fraction.The results showed that the key properties for HD 5301-4 FB were determined as follows: melt flow rate(MFR) 0.0063g/min,density 0.9514g/cm3,tensile yield strength 27.1MPa,tensile strength 34.7MPa,elongation at break 881% and flexural modulus 918 MPa,its comprehensive performance reached the designed technical indexes.The performance of film products made of HD 5301-4 FB was proved to be in line with the standard of GB 12025-1989,with the test result of tensile strength 32MPa,elongation at break 780%,the drop-weight impact strength on the surface and at the crease of film 65g and 56g respectively,the width,thickness as well as their tolerances within requirements and a qualified appearance.
