摘  要:目的优选玄参半仿生提取法的工艺条件。方法以干浸膏、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、哈巴俄苷和肉桂酸含量为指标,采用均匀设计优选玄参半仿生提取法的最佳工艺参数。结果玄参SBE法提取的最佳工艺为:三煎用水的pH值分别为6.0、7.5、8.5;煎煮时间依次为150、75、75min。结论优选了玄参SBE法提取的最佳工艺条件。OBJECTIVE To optimize the processing conditions of the Semi-Bionic Extraction(SBE) for Scrophularia ningpoensis.METHODS Using uniform design to optimize the efficiency processing conditions of the Semi-Bionic Extraction(SBE) for Scrophularia ningpoensis according to the yield of the total extract,the alcohol-soluble extractives,water-soluble extractives,and the content of harpagosede and cinnamic acid.RESULTS The extract condition for Scrophularia ningpoensis was set up as follow: the pH value of the water for the 1st,2nd,and 3rd decoction were 6.0,7.5and 8.5 respectively,and the extract times were 150min,75min and 75min,respectively.CONCLUSION This study had optimized the practical extraction condition of Scrophularia ningpoensis with SBE.
